Zlatan Ibrahimovic was born on 3 October 1981. He was born to a muslim father Šefik Ibrahimović and a catholic mother Jurka Gravić. Ibrahimovic started playing football at the age of six. He used to play for local junior clubs. He almost quit football when he was 15 years old. While growing up Ibrahimovic was a big fan of Brazilian Ronaldo. Ibrahimovic signed his first contract with Malmo FF in 1996.In 2001 he was transferred to Ajax. He started scoring goals with the club in European competitions. He once injured Rafael Van der Vart. This led to his departure from the club. He then joined Juventus . He scored 16 goals for them in his first season. After Juventus was relegated to Serie B he quit the club. He joined another Italian giant Inter Milan. He won the Serie A with the club. He was later sold to Barcelona in 2009. He won the La Liga with the club. But due to his relationship with coach Pep Guardiola he left the Catalans. He then joined AC Milan on load. He had already played at the San Siro for arch rivals Inter Milan. In 2012, Ibrahimovic signed with the newly changed Paris Saint Germain of France. He helped the team to win the Ligue one in his debut season.
