Toma Mirza

Toma Mirza is a Bangladeshi film actress, dancer, and model. She also acted in TV plays occasionally. She appeared in the play “Atithi” with Mosharraf Karim. She came to the limelight with the help of director Shahin Somon.

Toma has managed to carve out quite a name for herself and won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress for the film Nodijon (2015).

Early Life

Toma Mirza was born in Bagerhat, Khulna, Bangladesh. Toma has a younger brother named Turjo. She studied at Siddeswari University College & LLB Honours at Manarat International University. After H.S.C, she moved to Dhaka. Right after moving here, she got an offer to act in a movie.

Career

Toma started her film career in Dhallywood industry by “Bolo Na Tumi Amar“. It was directed by M.B. Manik and it was released in 2010. After that “Ekbar Bolo Bhalobashi” was released. Both the movies were well received by the audience.

In 2012, the beautiful actress Toma Mirza showed off a terrific acting performance in the movie “O Amar Desher Mati” directed by Ononto Hira, which she played the role of a Hindu girl and Amin Khan is my co-actor. And same year “Ek Mon Ek Pran” with co-artists Shakib Khan and Apu Biswas.

She also appeared in Nodijon (2015), directed by Shahnewaz Kakoli, and won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress.

Toma Mirza also acted many TV dramas like Tikto Obokash, Jamai, Akjon Hadyet Alir Golpo, LIST etc

Personal Life

Toma avoids social network like Facebook, Instagram etc – she told in an interview. But recently she has been found on Facebook.

She’s a great fan of Nayak Raj Razzak.
