Paul Heyman is an American wrestling promoter and occasional wrestler. He is best known for creating and owning ECW from 1993 to 2001. He has also managed a record 5 WWE World Champions. He is currently signed to WWE. He manage Brock Lesnar.

Early Life

Paul Heyman was born on September 11, 1965, in New York. He was born to Richard S. Heyman and Sulamita Heyman. He is of Jewish background. His mother was a Holocaust Survivor. He graduated from Edgemont High School. He attended SUNY Purchase and Westchester Community College.

Career

Paul Heyman started in the wrestling industry at a young age. He worked as a booker for WCW in his early career. He created the Extreme Championship Wrestling promotion. ECW Created wrestlers like Rob Van Dam, Tommy Dream, and Mick Foley. He is best known to he recent young generation as an outspoken manager of Heel Wrestlers. Most notably Brock Lesnar, Big Show, CM Punk, Kurt Angle and Rob Van Dam.

Paul Heyman is the single father of two children, Azalea Heyman (born July 31, 2002) and Jacob Heyman (born May 28, 2004). His father, Richard Simon Heyman, died on June 25, 2013 at the age of 87. His mother, Sulamita, a Holocaust survivor, died on February 27, 2009, aged 81.

Heyman is good friends with Brock Lesnar and supported him during his UFC matches. In Wrestling, he is regarded as the greatest talker in the business history.
