Mike Tyson is a retired american boxer. He is best known for being a former Undisputed Heavyweight Champion. He is the youngest person to hold the the WBC, WBA and IBF heavyweight titles. He is one of the most controversial athletes in the world.

Mike Tyson was born on June 30, 1966 in Brooklyn, New York. He has a lisp. He loves pigeons. He grew p in the predominantly black neighborhood in He has an elder brother named Rodney and had an elder sister named Denise. He was involved with gangs at a early age. His father left the family after he was born and his mother died when he was 16. Mike Tyson was left in the care of boxing manager and trainer Cus D’Amato. He was arrested 38 times by the time he was 13. He won gold medals at the 1981 and 1982 Junior Olympic Games. By the age of 20 he had won the WBC, WBA and IBF heavyweight titles. He was convicted of rape in 1992. On March 26, 1992, Tyson was sentenced to six years in prison followed by four years on probation. He was released after 3 years. He converted to Islam in prison. His regained the WBC and WBA titles. His final career matches includes loses to Evander Hollyfield and Lennox Lewis.

Tyson has been married three times. He has fathered seven children, one deceased, by three women; in addition to his biological children, Tyson includes the oldest daughter of his second wife as one of his own.
