The founder of Playboy magazine, Hugh Hefner started dating Holly in 2001. She was one of Hefner’s seven girlfriends. In 2008, Madison and Hefner had split and that she moved out from the playboy mansion. In 2008, she began dating magician Criss Angel, but they split in 2009.
She married Pasquale Rotella in 2013. They have 2 child together.
