Alexis Merizalde Knapp is an American actress and singer. She is known for her role as Stacie Conrad in the musical films Pitch Perfect and Pitch Perfect 2. Alexis Knapp hails from Allegheny in Pennsylvania. She worked as a model before breaking into acting, starting with small roles in Couples Retreat (2009) and Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief (2010). She also came to public attention during a high-profile relationship with Ryan Phillippe, which ended in November 2010.
